The 2018 Town & County tax payments were due February 15, 2018. Payment after that date will be charged the penalty. All payments made through the website will not be posted paid until the evening of the next business day. If you mistakenly pay twice, the bank will take the double payment and you will receive a refund within the next month. 

A statement relating to the date of assessment of any property is available in the Assessor's Office to residents who paid the 2018 Town & County tax in 2017.

For street light outages in the Town of Lancaster, please notify the Supervisor’s Office at 683-1610. We will report the outage to NYSEG, via NYSEG’s online reporting system. NYSEG is responsible for checking all reported outages.

Erie County friends:  Erie County needs Election Day Inspectors throughout the County. The only requirements are:         1). Be registered to vote; 2). Live in Erie County 3). Be a Republican or a Democrat. There is (1) 3 hour training class. You are paid $25 for the class and $170/day for each Primary or Election you work (5:30a.m to 9:30p.m.).  Refer any questions to Ted Morton @ 858-4982 or ted.morton@erie.gov
