Town Justices are available to perform wedding ceremonies on Tuesday Afternoons and Thursday evenings. An appointment must be made in advance.
Requirements
- A Marriage License must be obtained within at least 24 hours of the ceremony
- Both parties must be over the age of 18.
There is no charge for a wedding. However, donations not to exceed $100.00 are accepted.
**A Marriage License will expire 60 days from the date of issue if a marriage does not occur. (Please see Town of Lancaster Town Clerks Office for further information.)
