The Town of Lancaster has implemented a new photo ID card system for all Town Recreation programs. Moving forward, everyone must purchase a new photo ID card with our new ID system if you are participating in a Town program. All ID cards that were valid until 2019 or photo ID cards with no expiration date from the past ID system are no longer acceptable.
All Town of Lancaster as well as all Lancaster School District residents must purchase a new photo ID card. Lancaster School District photo ID’s are only good for our leagues and programs at the schools. Non-resident ID cards are not valid for the Town of Lancaster Keysa Park pool.
Non-residents must also have a photo ID card. There will be no fee for the non-resident photo ID cards because of the non-resident fee you pay to participate in the program.
Resident Recreation and Resident Senior Citizen Photo ID cards are required for pool use, leagues and all activities. Cost for a Resident Recreation ID card is $10 per person and is valid for 2 years. Resident Recreation ID cards can be purchased at the Recreation office.
Senior Resident ID cards are $5 per person and are valid for life. Senior NON-RESIDENT ID cards are $10 and are valid at the Senior Center for 5 years only. Non-resident ID cards are not valid for the Town pool. Senior ID cards are issued at the Senior Center located at 100 Oxford Avenue. ID’s are issued daily until 15 mins prior to closing.
Two items showing proof of residency must be provided to obtain a card (driver license, current utility or tax bill, Board of Elections card, etc.). Expired ID cards cannot be used as proof.
