For street light outages in the Town of Lancaster, please notify the Supervisor’s Office at 683-1610. We will report the outage to NYSEG, via NYSEG’s online reporting system. NYSEG is responsible for checking all reported outages.

Regarding Leaf Pick-up. Please be patient as the Highway Department has 40 square miles to cover. We have four to five Leafers out daily. Unfortunately not all residents put their leaves out at the same time and our crews go street by street throughout the Town until the  entire Town has been covered. We are unable to take requests for leaves as each leafer has a route they follow to cover all residents in the Town. Please note we will continue our routes as long as weather permits.

Signs on public property, utility poles and R.O.W.’s may be removed and discarded.
